To register and use gt99c's services, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Failure to comply may result in account closure at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Residents of countries or regions where gt99c's services are prohibited by law are not eligible to register.
• Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• You must register on your own behalf. Opening an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

You are encouraged to use a strong password when registering. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.

Your gt99c account is strictly personal. It may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else under any circumstances. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Gt99c reserves the right to verify account information when necessary. If a user provides incorrect information or changes their details after registration, certain account functions may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account balance is for use on the gt99c platform only. It is not a currency or asset and cannot be transferred to any third party.

Gt99c supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.
• Once a deposit has been processed, it cannot be refunded — however, it can be withdrawn.
• For suspicious transactions, gt99c may hold payments until the verification process is complete.

Gt99c's bonus and promotion offers are designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 15–30x the bonus amount). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as bonus arbitrage or creating multiple accounts — the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• gt99c reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred friend must be an active user on the platform.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games on gt99c and are binding on all users equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cashout feature is available and active on the platform.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gt99c reserves the right to recalculate bets at the correct odds or void them entirely.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with gt99c's specific policy.
• The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the game and event.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet are final.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness and impartiality.

Gt99c is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack into the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

Gt99c follows internationally recognised KYC (Know Your Customer) standards to prevent money laundering and protect users. gt99c may request KYC verification in the following situations:

• When making your first withdrawal request.
• When total withdrawals exceed a specified limit.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Whenever a security verification is required.

KYC verification may require a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport along with proof of current address. All information is kept strictly confidential.

• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. Valid balances will always be returned; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
